“Just a few comments that were given to me yesterday while spotting on the 3rd hole.
Very positive comments from players, caddies, managers etc were that the tournament was superbly organised, the friendliness of all North Shore members, the excellent presentation of the course and the excellent blue colour of the helpers shirts so easy for all to identify.
Made me very proud to be a member of our club.”

North Harbour Special Olympics Golf
Hi Warren,
“We would like to express our thanks to the Golf Club for once again this year, allowing our nine hole golfers to have tee times on Saturdays once a month, to engage in the foursomes format with our volunteers. They feel very privileged to be able to play on our beautiful course and to learn the skills and etiquette involved in the game.
We have just taken four of our nine hole coaching squad to the Special Olympics National Summer Games in Dunedin, where they competed at Chisholm Park, and did themselves proud.
Please pass on our thanks to the Board.”

Graeme and Juliana Tonkin Managers

Ladies
Ladies' Pennants 2014
We are desperate for more Pennant players. Why don't you and a friend or two put your name down for one of our teams? We will have to withdraw teams if we do not get some more players. This will be very embarrassing for NSGC as the draws have already been done. Please consider it, it helps your golf, you meet good, like-minded people and you are getting involved in our club. Wendy
