Hi Everyone
 
I'll start with the Congratulations List of which there are quite a few of you to be mentioned.
 
Firstly the Huapai Classic which was won by our very own Sai Ma.  Congratulations Sai but we must also mention Sai's  fantastic win at Omaha where she won the North Harbour Championship.  Well done, we are very proud of you.
 
Congratulations to Jessica Green being the winner of the Girls Championship on Sunday mornings (best 3 out of 4 stablefords) Well done Jessica.
 
Yesterday the North Shore Junior Classic took place in very difficult conditions.  Congratulations go to Sam Chae the Boys Gross Winner and to Shani White who won the Girls Gross.  Excellent scores.   Also Max Martin had a whopping 44 stableford points to win the Boys Stableford and Priscilla (Eugene) Kang took out the Girls stableford.  Well done to all of you who played.
 
Last Sunday's winner was Max Martin.  Congratulations Max, your handicap will certainly get the chop!
 
Upcoming Events:-
 
Thursday 10th October South Head Golf Club - Log of Wood tournament. This is a team of four event.  If you would like to make up a team please let Colin in Golf Operations know asap. Last day for entries is tomorrow.
 
Club Championships - Sunday 6th October first round of strokeplay.  Please put your names up in the Junior Room. No late entries will be accepted.
 
Please look at the notice board in the Junior Room for tournaments at other clubs during the holidays.
 
 I will be away on Sunday 27th October  but Hamish in the Pro Shop will organise the field.
